GETTING ON THE GSA SCHEDULE

MAS Wizard: TurboGSA’s AI Tool for Pre-Award GSA Schedule Questions

The MAS Wizard is TurboGSA’s AI-powered question-and-answer tool for people exploring the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). It is designed to give quick, general answers about eligibility, SIN selection, offer preparation, and pricing, so you can get oriented before you decide how to proceed. It is an information tool, not legal advice and not a substitute for GSA’s own instructions.

What can the MAS Wizard help with before you submit an offer?

  • Whether your company is likely ready for a MAS offer, including corporate experience, financial information, and registrations
  • Which SINs might fit your products or services, so you know what to research in the solicitation and eLibrary
  • What an offer typically includes under the current instructions, including the pre-offer steps of Pathways to Success and the Readiness Assessment
  • How pricing works now that the Commercial Sales Practices (CSP-1) format has been removed, and what price support GSA may request
  • What to expect after award, including monthly Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) and quarterly Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) remittance

For post-award questions, see MASwizard for GSA Contract Management.

How do you use it?

Type your question in plain language. The more specific you are, the more useful the answer. For example, ask “Which documents should I gather to show two years of corporate experience?” rather than “How do I get a GSA Schedule?”

What are the limits of an AI tool?

AI-generated answers can be incomplete or out of date, and GSA changes requirements when it issues solicitation refreshes. Use the Wizard to frame your questions, then confirm important points against the current MAS solicitation (47QSMD20R0001), the offer instructions (SCP-FSS-001), and GSA’s Vendor Support Center. Do not rely on any tool for a final compliance decision.

When should you talk with a person?

Some situations call for professional judgment:

  • Deciding how to present pricing support for a large or complex product catalog
  • Responding to a contracting officer’s request for price justification
  • Deciding whether to pursue an offer at all when your experience or financials are thin
  • Planning a transition from an older contract to TDR

That is where TurboGSA consultants can help. Use the TurboGSA FAQ to learn how we work.
