GETTING ON THE GSA SCHEDULE
TurboGSA GSA Consulting Services: Frequently Asked Questions
TurboGSA is a consulting firm that helps companies prepare offers for the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and manage their contracts after award. We provide human expertise supported by web-based tools. We cannot control GSA’s decisions, so we do not promise awards, prices, or timing. Here are answers to the questions prospective clients ask most.
What is TurboGSA?
TurboGSA is a GSA consulting firm. Our core service is guidance and hands-on work from GSA specialists, not a self-service software product or a fill-in-the-blank template. We use web-based systems to make the process more efficient.
Do you guide us or prepare the offer for us?
Both, depending on the engagement. Our team can draft the materials that need the most expertise, such as corporate and project narratives and labor category descriptions, organize your pricing support, review everything with you, and prepare the package for you to certify and submit. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what is submitted in your company’s name.
How much of our time does it take?
It depends on the SINs, the state of your records, and how quickly your team can gather information. Most of your time goes into collecting materials such as past performance details, financial information, pricing support, and corporate history. We will estimate your time commitment after an initial conversation.
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the SINs, the size and complexity of your offer, and any post-award services. We provide a written proposal after an initial conversation. See How Much Does a GSA Schedule Consultant Cost? for questions to ask any provider.
How long will the process take?
The timeline depends on your preparation and on GSA. GSA has indicated that processing an offer can take up to 12 months. We work to submit complete, well-organized offers to avoid preventable delays, but we cannot control GSA’s review. See How Long Does a GSA MAS Contract Award Take?
Do you guarantee that GSA will approve our offer?
No. Only GSA decides whether to make an award, and no consultant can guarantee approval, pricing, or timing. We can help you prepare, identify gaps early, and respond to GSA effectively.
Do you help after award?
Yes. Post-award support can include catalog setup and updates, contract modifications, monthly Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), quarterly Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) remittance support, compliance guidance, and marketing planning. Scope depends on your engagement.
Can you help with the VA Federal Supply Schedule?
Yes. We also assist with VA Federal Supply Schedule offers, which follow VA-specific requirements and are a separate program from the GSA MAS.
How do we get started?
Contact TurboGSA for an initial conversation. We will review your products or services, discuss your eligibility and readiness, and explain what an engagement would involve.
