Robert Kelly

gsa proposalsRobert is a highly respected consultant and educator in business development and GSA contracting, offering clear guidance on complex subjects and creative insight on agency deal creation. Government contractors of all sizes seek his expertise and proven methods to expand their business.  Following several years in government service, Robert began developing federal business in 1985 for firms in the Washington DC area.  His business development experience included activities such as searching through the CBD (the FedBizOpps predecessor), knocking on Agency doors, reviewing RFPs, developing teaming arrangements, developing 254/255s, government marketing, and writing thick government proposals. He developed marketing programs for large private and publicly traded firms, and lead proposal efforts for contracts with the EPA, Treasury, NIH, NAVFAC and other agencies. 

Robert has held executive management, marketing, and business development roles for a Fortune 30 firm, a mid-sized professional services firm, and a training start-up.  Positions included marketing director for a $20 million a year technical services division, Vice President, project director and regional business development manager for a $250 million engineering/ environmental consulting firm, and CEO of a training and e-learning products company.

Pat Laubenstein

gsa advantagePat Laubenstein, Contracts Specialist, has worked with over five hundred fifty clients on GSA contract acquisition and modifications.  She also leads our GSA Advantage team, working with clients to present their products and services on GSA Advantage and GSA eLibrary. Pat also supports clients in modifying their GSA contracts, including economic price adjustments, novations, product additions and administrative changes to the GSA schedule.

Marcy Guttadauro

proposal consultantMarcy Guttadauro is an associate GSA proposal consultant who oversees proposal preparation efforts. A veteran of over 100 GSA proposals, she consults with clients on presenting corporate capabilities to government agencies, proposal pricing strategies, and problem resolution.  She has prior experience in marketing and advertising.

Zach Bohm

government marketingZach Bohm serves as a marketing and financial analyst, providing quantitative assessments for program and marketing efforts. Zach is a prolific writer who also supports clients in implementing federal inbound marketing programs.
