Robert Kelly

gsa proposalsRobert is a highly respected consultant and educator in business development and GSA contracting, offering clear guidance on complex subjects and creative insight on agency deal creation. Government contractors of all sizes seek his expertise and proven methods to expand their business.  Following several years in government service, Robert began developing federal business in 1985 for firms in the Washington DC area.  His business development experience included activities such as searching through the CBD (the FedBizOpps predecessor), knocking on Agency doors, reviewing RFPs, developing teaming arrangements, developing 254/255s, government marketing, and writing thick government proposals. He developed marketing programs for large private and publicly traded firms, and lead proposal efforts for contracts with the EPA, Treasury, NIH, NAVFAC and other agencies. 

Robert has held executive management, marketing, and business development roles for a Fortune 30 firm, a mid-sized professional services firm, and a training start-up.  Positions included marketing director for a $20 million a year technical services division, Vice President, project director and regional business development manager for a $250 million engineering/ environmental consulting firm, and CEO of a training and e-learning products company.

Starting his own business in 1998, Robert helps firms expand their own businesses principally by expanding their Federal business through innovative federal inbound marketing programs and GSA Schedule contracts. See Linkedin Profile and GSA recommendations.

Elisabeth Frick 

ElisabethElisabeth Frick, Contract Specialist, began her career in the environmental security sector, helping private and non-profit clients obtain grants from domestic and international funding sources, primarily the United States Department of State and Fish and Wildlife Service.  She continued her career in government contracting as a proposal coordinator and business development operations specialist for HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. In this role, Elisabeth coordinated nearly 100 Department of Defense proposals, supported GSA contract modifications, developed pipeline programming, and streamlined business development workflows, including Salesforce and OTA usage.

Angela Terral 

IMG_1308Angela Terral is an associate consultant who has assisted government contractors in managing multiple large government contracts, including GSA MAS, VA, and AMEDD contracts She is proficient in government contracting processes which include but are not limited to executing task orders from beginning to end, contract modifications, complying with special orders pertaining to government contracts, quote administration, and implementation.l

bob martinBob Martin, Customer Success Manager, ensures that clients maximize their opportunities for success. He also ensures quality deliverables and assists in making our internal methods and processes as efficient as possible. His seeks to provide top-notch service at the lowest feasible price. He also confirms that client key staff are appropriately briefed and trained so that clients can maximize the ROI of having a GSA contract.
