What is the GSA Vendor Support Center (VSC)

The GSA Vendor Support Center (VSC) is an important GSA website for GSA contractors.  It serves as a gateway important vendor information such as

• the quarterly GSA sales reporting site,
• e-Buy,
• GSA eLibrary, and
• GSA Advantage.  

The GSA VSC also houses various guide such as

• Steps to Success,
• GSA's quarterly newsletter and
• other publications.

The only historical knock against the VSC is that it is disorganzied and the quality of information provided is overly simplistic. In recent times it has become better organzied and more useful for GSA vendors. But be aware; much of the advice is basic and from the perspective of government people who have never been involved in selling, marketing, or developing business with the Federal government.
