Robert Kelly
Following several years in Government service, Robert Kelly began developing Federal business in 1985 for firms in the Washington DC area. His business development experience included activities such as searching through the CBD (the FedBizOpps predecessor), knocking on Agency doors, reviewing RFPs, developing teaming arrangements, developing 254/255s, government marketing, and writing thick government proposals.
Robert has held executive management, marketing, and business development roles for a Fortune 30 firm, a mid-sized professional services firm, and a training start-up. Positions included marketing director for a $20 million a year technical services division, Project Director and Regional Business Development Manager for a $250 million engineering/ environmental consulting firm, business development for an IT and Management Consulting division, and CEO of a training and e-learning products company.
Starting his own business in 1998, Robert helps firms expand their own businesses principally by expanding their Federal business through innovative federal inbound marketing programs and GSA Schedule contracts.
Marcy Guttadauro
Marcy Guttadauro is a senior GSA proposal consultant who oversees proposal preparation efforts. A veteran of over 100 GSA proposals, she consults with clients on presenting corporate capabilities to government agencies, proposal pricing strategies, and problem resolution. She has prior experience in marketing and advertising.
Pat Laubenstein
Pat Laubenstein leads our GSA Advantage team, working with clients to present their products and services on GSA Advantage and GSA eLibrary. Pat also supports clients in modifying their GSA contracts, including economic price adjustments, novations, product additions and administrative changes to the GSA schedule.
