FAQ's about TurboGSA

Is TurboGSA a software program?
No, TurboGSA is hybrid process combining expert consultation with a web-based system to quickly and efficiently work through development of your GSA or VA proposal. Following an initial consultation with a dedicated Advisor, TurboGSA guides you through simple forms to collect the information needed for your proposal. Your TurboGSA advisor provides you with all the consultation you need to understand GSA requirements and how best to present your offer. Once all the information is collected and reviewed, TurboGSA generates all GSA forms and addenda. Your TurboGSA advisor will review the draft of your offer with you and make any required changes before preparing the final submission.
What is the learning curve?
There is no learning curve for TurboGSA users because TurboGSA steps you through the process of providing the required information using a simple forms-based approach. No special skills are required - simply follow the directions.  It's that easy.  But we also provide you with online help and both e-mail and telephonic support.  Most of all, your own, dedicated TurboGSA advisor will walk you through the entire process.
Can I come back and complete my proposal later?
You can start your proposal and then come back at a later to complete it. Each page of TurboGSA is saved every time you move to the next page or when you choose to exit the program. To come back where you left off, simply click on “Continue form last section” or “Continue with last uncompleted section.”
How long does it take to complete?
Various schedules have different information requirements.  But assuming you already have all the information you need available and handy, it should take about 8 hours to complete all the forms in TurboGSA and upload supporting documents.  Thereafter, your TurboGSA Advisor will review the information and seek any clarifications or additional information that may be necessary to complete your proposal.  Once your GSA proposal has been prepared, you will need to review it thoroughly with your TurboGSA Advisor.
How much does this service cost?
Costs vary depending on which GSA Schedule you decide to pursue, size and complexity of your offer, and related factors.  Please click on Obtain More Information and we will get back to you promptly.
Is TurboGSA up to date?
TurboGSA is constantly updated and we ensure that your proposal is produced using the current version of solicitation documents from GSA.  All GSA and VA schedules are available.
How long is my information stored for?
At the completion of the process, we will send you your proposal in electronic format (MS Word documents or Adobe PDF files, as appropriate). We will also store your information for 3 years just in case you decide to apply for a different schedule.  Then, all you need to do is update the information, add additional information that the new schedule may require, and then produce your proposal.
What support is provided after we submit our proposal?
After submission, a GSA Contracting Officer (CO) or specialist will review your proposal and ask for clarification, additional information, or call to negotiate with you.  We provide  various levels of additional support.  Please compare our service level here.
