DOD EMALL

DoD EMALL is an online shopping site for DoD military and non-military customers and other Federal, state and local agencies, to find and acquire off-the-shelf items, finished goods and services from the commercial marketplace. 

Firms may only apply for this contract during two 4-week periods, currently April and October.  Offers cannot be submitted during any other period.
