Have you looked at your GSA Advantage listing lately? GSA launched its new version of GSA Advantage last month, but not without problems.

Many vendors are discovering that their catalogs are missing. According to the GSA Vendor Support Center, there have been problems with the migration to the new site and many vendors catalogs are not yet appearing on the new site.  They are working through the problems and every day more and more GSA contractor catalogs are being restored.

What to do

We recommend that you first check GSA Advantage and see if either your GSA terms and conditions document and/or product catalog appear for your company.  If yes, then you should be all set.  If not, then go to GSA eLibrary and see if your terms and conditions document appears on your contractor information page.  If your terms and conditions document appears here, then that likely means that you are a victim of this temporary problem. I would suggest that you call theVendor Support Center to make them aware of your specific issue, but be aware that they will tell you that there is nothing you can do but to be patient.  They will address the problem as quickly as they can.  That saaid, sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

If your terms and conditions document does not appear on GSA Elibrary, then that may indicate you have a different problem.  If you GSA terms and conditions document does not appear on GSA eLibrary, then that means that you either have not yet uploaded and need to do so, or perhaps you had uploaded but have not updated in the past two years and therefore GSA removed it.  If that is the case, then you should consider updating your contract and re-uploading your terms and conditions document and product catalog.
